Ingredients
- 1 block firm tofu (pressed and cubed)
- 1 can tuna flakes in oil (drained)
- 1/2 cup Lonnso Sisig Sauce (Original or Spicy)
- 1 large onion (finely chopped)
- 3 cloves garlic (minced)
- 2 tbsp butter or oil
- 1 egg (optional, for topping)
- 2 pcs calamansi (optional)
- Chili (siling labuyo) to taste
Directions
- Pan-fry tofu until golden brown and slightly crispy. Set aside.
- Sauté garlic and onion in butter until fragrant.
- Add tuna flakes and cook for 2–3 minutes.
- Add crispy tofu and mix gently.
- Pour Lonnso Sisig Sauce and stir until fully coated.
- Add calamansi juice and chili for extra flavor.
- Transfer to sizzling plate if available.
- Top with egg and serve hot with rice.
