Tofu and Tuna Sisig

Prep Time: 10 Minutes | Cook Time: 15–20 Minutes | Serves: 2–3

Ingredients

  • 1 block firm tofu (pressed and cubed)
  • 1 can tuna flakes in oil (drained)
  • 1/2 cup Lonnso Sisig Sauce (Original or Spicy)
  • 1 large onion (finely chopped)
  • 3 cloves garlic (minced)
  • 2 tbsp butter or oil
  • 1 egg (optional, for topping)
  • 2 pcs calamansi (optional)
  • Chili (siling labuyo) to taste

Directions

  1. Pan-fry tofu until golden brown and slightly crispy. Set aside.
  2. Sauté garlic and onion in butter until fragrant.
  3. Add tuna flakes and cook for 2–3 minutes.
  4. Add crispy tofu and mix gently.
  5. Pour Lonnso Sisig Sauce and stir until fully coated.
  6. Add calamansi juice and chili for extra flavor.
  7. Transfer to sizzling plate if available.
  8. Top with egg and serve hot with rice.
