Spicy Sisig Sliders

Sizzling Chicken Sisig

  1. Heat butter or oil in a pan over medium heat.
  2. Sauté garlic and onions until fragrant and slightly golden.
  3. Add chopped pork or chicken and cook until browned and crispy.
  4. Season with salt and pepper to taste.
  5. Pour in Lonnso Spicy Sisig Sauce and mix well until fully coated.
  6. Add mayonnaise if you want a creamier sisig texture.
  7. Cook for another 2–3 minutes until the sauce is well absorbed and slightly sizzling.
  8. Toast slider buns lightly.
  9. Assemble sliders: lettuce at the bottom, then spicy sisig mixture on top.
  10. Serve hot and enjoy the bold, spicy Lonnso flavor.
