Ingredients
- 500g pork belly or chicken (finely chopped)
- 1/2 cup Lonnso Spicy Sisig Sauce
- 1 small onion (finely chopped)
- 2 cloves garlic (minced)
- 2 tbsp mayonnaise (optional for creaminess)
- 1 tbsp butter or oil
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Small slider buns
- Fresh lettuce leaves
- Optional: chili flakes or chopped chili for extra heat
Directions
- Heat butter or oil in a pan over medium heat.
- Sauté garlic and onions until fragrant and slightly golden.
- Add chopped pork or chicken and cook until browned and crispy.
- Season with salt and pepper to taste.
- Pour in Lonnso Spicy Sisig Sauce and mix well until fully coated.
- Add mayonnaise if you want a creamier sisig texture.
- Cook for another 2–3 minutes until the sauce is well absorbed and slightly sizzling.
- Toast slider buns lightly.
- Assemble sliders: lettuce at the bottom, then spicy sisig mixture on top.
- Serve hot and enjoy the bold, spicy Lonnso flavor.
