Ingredients
- 1 rack Baby Back Ribs
- 1/2 cup Lonnso BBQ Sauce (Sweet Honey Style)
- 2 tbsp Butter
- 2 tbsp Salt, Pepper, Garlic Powder blend
- Green Onions (for garnish)
- Toasted White Sesame Seeds (optional)
Directions
- Cut ribs into individual pieces or leave whole rack depending on preference.
- Season ribs with salt, pepper, garlic powder, and BBQ rub evenly on all sides.
- Grill, bake, or smoke ribs at 160–180°C (320–350°F) for 1.5 to 2 hours until tender.
- In a bowl, mix Lonnso BBQ Sauce, honey, brown sugar, and melted butter.
- Brush sauce mixture generously over ribs during the last 20–30 minutes of cooking.
- Continue cooking until sauce becomes sticky, glossy, and caramelized.
- Remove from heat and let rest for a few minutes.
- Garnish with green onions and sesame seeds before serving.
